Frontend Developer (React)

As a Frontend Engineer React at Abrantix, you will be instrumental in creating intuitive, high-performance, and responsive user interfaces for our innovative applications. You will collaborate closely with our design and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable user interface components and applications using React.js and its ecosystem.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional and visually appealing web interfaces.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues to ensure smooth application performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend software development, preferably in the FinTech space.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles (components, state, props, hooks).
- Experience with popular React.js workflows and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API). · Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) standards is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in C#/.NET development, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework (EF).
- Knowledge of at least one SQL database (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of backend development concepts.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) with frameworks like Next.js or Gatsby.
