Each support package purchased is equivalent to 1 hour of support.
We provide services to help with your requirements, customization or repair. This could be proof of concept, testing as a service, integration support, consulting, test migration, writing of custom extensions and test applications alike. This support can be provided during Swiss or Australian office hours. For locations outside of Switzerland or Australia, support is provided from remote only (email, telephone, remote desktop solutions). On-site support can be considered by Abrantix on your request and at your cost.
